Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Motel Rocks pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred return shipping carrier and choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and attach the generated shipping label or QR code to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed by our team.
